Why do I have to register?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.

Does it cost anything to register for an account?

Am I going to receive a lot of spam after registering on this site?
Absolutely not! Your personal information is only used to fulfill your order. We'll never sell your name or email address, but we may use it occasionally to send you information about special promotions.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive; be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.

What is My Pictures?
My Pictures are galleries that you can view during the time that your galleries are active.

Why doesn't my gallery display on the My Pictures page?
There are a few reasons why this might happen: Your gallery may have expired, or it may not be active yet.

If you are a friend or family member of a Sheila Y Photography client, you must first click the Access Gallery link and enter the gallery's access code (see instructions below).

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Create an account and log in; then click the Access Gallery link. Enter the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. You will only have to do this once. When you return to the site and log in, the gallery will be listed in My Pictures.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

How do I order birth announcements?
